FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Please present your voucher to your driver upon pickup at the time of your pickup from the Cruise Ship Pier or Hotel. If you are travelling to the location on your own provide this voucher immediately upon arrival to onsite staff.Please bear in mind that you must arrive at onsite at least 30 minutes before tour time departure. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up without their vouchers or arriving late for a tour (if you are not being picked up).

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received and a follow up email is sent from our reservation department confirming same.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.  
• Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Chukka Caribbean Adventures within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
• Promotional rates requiring advanced payments in full oopon booking is non refundable hence should a cancelation abe made thereafter no refund will be applicable, date changes may be accommodated.
